I never care enough to complain about much, but unfortunately, poor representation of the Dunrite company on the road and from within the office made it very deliberately clear that professionalism and safely are not top priority concerns. The driver of a flatbed tow truck on this particular day did not understand the meanings of sharing the road, nor driving a company vehicle. (Which is essentially a billboard on wheels). Great group of guys over there and have been taking our bucket trucks to them for years!!
Excellent service. We broke down in our Class C RV coming through Atlanta. They responded within an hour on a Holiday to get us off the side of the highway. Very helpful and professional.
