The worst service department. You make an appointment for an oil change, and you are still there 3 hours later. Worst waiting room around. That is why I went with a Hyundai. My Ford escape was a piece of shit. The worst mechanics ever. They make you keep coming back to fix the same issues. JOB SECURITY.
