The capacitor replacement was quick and the technician waited longer on the numbers to lower than he did to replace the part which took him less than 20 minutes. I was charged $453 to replace a capacitor while being told just the capacitor was $385. (800% mark up!) One month prior a friend used the exact same company to replace a capacitor on their ac unit just down the road on a weekend after 8pm at night and was only charged $249.
