Dunnellon Coffee Co has a small hometown atmosphere in the shop. There is a sweet little play area that is well kept for the littles, so you can have conversation over coffee while they play. The food is delicious and the coffee is fantastic. I am not longer a Starbucks or Dunkin fan after having their coffee. The pastries are amazing and employees are friendly. Truly this shop is a gem for our community, and it supports local.
Friendly service, clean and inviting atmosphere, and great drinks! I tried the monthly special today, "Red, White, and Brew". Was so delicious that I ordered one to go for my daughter. The blue sweet foam on top is colored using butterfly pea flower petals. Was great knowing i was treating myself to a special iced coffee without artificial coloring. My friend had their herbal tea...said it was the best herbal tea blend she's ever had. I'm definitely going to visit this local coffee shop more often.
I'm a Texas graduate student visiting my parents in Ocala for the summer, and Dunnellon Coffee is truly the best coffee shop I've found in Marion County. My first time, I ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte, and my second time, I ordered an Iced Coffee with Oat Milk and Brown Sugar Cinnamon syrup. Both were super tasty. My town in Texas is known for small-town coffee shops similar to Dunnellon Coffee, and it is sweet to get a slice of home here in FL. I have been a regular customer of the coffee shop since it opened. The shop is clean, bright, and comfortable - and they even have a small area for kids to play. The coffee is delicious (I mostly order lattes) and the food is even better (I highly recommend the chicken pesto). The best part of the coffee shop is the owners and staff. They are kind and very welcoming, and they make an effort to remember who you are and interact when possible. If you're in the area, go check them out!
My wife and I stopped in to try this place for the first time after living nearby for a while. Walking in, we were surprised by how crowded it was with kids—it may have been a birthday party since Lilo & Stitch music was playing.
