Dunn Water Conditioning was great from start to finish. The female on the phone was pleasant to speak with & set up for Sid to come out the next day. Sid came out when scheduled, tested our water, offered to fix our issue & then showed us several options for a new water softener. We ended up buying a new softner & Sid had it installed the next day. We are extremely happy with the service we got from Dunn Water Conditioning.
Fast and prompt diagnoses of the problem . Sid suggested a system and within hours of installation my problem water was gone. Very good service . Thank you
I called Dunn water to test my water softener and they came out the next day. Did, the owner, stood and explained to me exactly what was going on and how it could be resolved. He gave me options and gave me plenty of time to make a decision, without being pressured, on which option was best for me. I scheduled for them to come put a new water softener in the next week. The workers were extremely nice and friendly and quick at putting everything back together. It was a great experience to work with these guys!
