My experience was good. Instead of having me wait there until the service was done on my vehicle (the guys just started their lunch break) they arranged for me to get a ride back home and also a ride back when my vehicle was ready. That I appreciated
I took my car in for an alignment and was told there was too much play in the front passenger ball joint and that it needed replaced. I thought this was strange because I had just taken my car in for an alignment 3 weeks prior where nothing was said. I asked them to save the old part and took it to another shop (Denny's Service Center) where the mechanics there determined there was no play in the ball joint and that the part was fine.
