Service manager was not the best. Told I would have to wait over an hour for simple tire rotation. Blamed me for not entering correct address when in reality a system error. Guy had trouble working the printer? They did get me in on time after I said I could reschedule this at a different Dunn location. Won’t return to this location, mainly because of the Manager, Mike.
Prompt service and a good repair for a tire with a nail in it.
Great Service
Excellent service, treated kindly and fairly without judgements, went above and beyond and the shop was such a better environment than other places I've been to. Never made me feel like I was a hassle or unwanted for any reason. I love the detailed report they email and text you, also. Never had seen that feature before. Definitely going back when due.
