Would give 0 stars if I could. My husband called prior to taking his Outlander to Dunn Tire and asked if they had the correct tool to put his car in maintenance mode in order to change the brakes, to which he was assured (multiple times) that they did. He took his car in and, after they tried to change the brakes, he was told that they, in fact, do not have the correct tool, but that it can be done “other ways.” The “other way” they tried caused more damage to the vehicle and they were “not sure when they could get the parts... read more
I was able to walk in and get four new tires and alignment while I waited. Convenient for me!!!! They kept me informed of the progress and also showed me where there was a problem that was causing the tires to wear unevenly. Mike and the staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this business.
