Do not use!!! OK, if I can give these bastards a negative score, I would. I read the reviews online but had no choice in the matter since I had to go through my warranty company for repairs. They assigned these DUNN WRONG people since they use this company as a contractor. Had the guy come out to check my AC and told me there is a part that needs replacing...fine. He said it will take up to a week to get the part and then they would call me to schedule an appointment to replace it...OK. Oh yes, I had to pay the service call ... read more
