On the tenant side, they are easy to get a hold of and take issues seriously. If something is wrong with your AC unit, they will get someone out there ASAP, typically that same day. As an employee for a tenant that leases from Dunn properties currently I wanted to just mention my experiences. If there has been an issue they fixed it, if there was a concern they took care of it. They have painted the parking lot added additional dumpsters and improved the view ;) every need has been met. A big thank you to Whitley for all of your help and for showing me how tenants are supposed to be taken care of!

I rented a 4/3 from Dunn Property Management in Bentonville and have absolutely enjoyed the time I spent in the home. The home was clean, Whitley and staff were very quick to respond to any maintenance issues I had, and Brian and Whitley both promptly responded when I reached out to them.
