Spacious units (feels more like condo size than apartment size). Beautiful kitchen / bath features. Property manager Kelly is amazing. Goes above and beyond to make the building a community of neighbors... Very dog friendly for urban new construction. Great neighbors... We couldn't be happier.
Visit my friends here when I visit Seattle and love the vintage features along with friendly staff. Pizza party for residents in the lobby last night made for a nice arrival! Apartments are spacious and it’s very quiet at night. �
Unfortunately, this building doesn't live up to its promises. Been a resident since day 2 and it's been loud (construction for days on end over the past 8 months) and even when they do inform us it's coming, it's usually the wrong dates/times. I was woken up several times before 8am by the construction noise. I'd stay away, they can't quite seem to get things together.
