The final outcome did not meet the standards they promised. Overall, it was a frustrating interaction.
Now that Martin Lumber is closed I will be shopping at Dunn Lumber for my lawn and garden needs. They have great customer service!
The staff here is amazing. I called to check stock on an item. Even though it showed some stock the young lady went to the shelf to make sure it was there. When I arrived she accompanied me to the shelf, had a bubbly personality and looked me in the eye. You don't get service like this anymore. I will go out of my way to do business with this store in the future.
Make sure you grab a number at the front! There is no sign or anything and when standing there for 20 minutes they tell us we have to grab a number, mind you there are only 2 people in the whole store with 5 employees so I’m confused why no one said anything until after we had stood there for 20 min to grab a number. Then grabbing a number we had to wait another 15 min for someone. Thank goodness there was nobody in the store otherwise it would have been way worse!!!
