Make sure you grab a number at the front! There is no sign or anything and when standing there for 20 minutes they tell us we have to grab a number, mind you there are only 2 people in the whole store with 5 employees so I’m confused why no one said anything until after we had stood there for 20 min to grab a number. Then grabbing a number we had to wait another 15 min for someone. Thank goodness there was nobody in the store otherwise it would have been way worse!!!
The Everett Dunn Lumber is my go to lumber store! Bob and Haakon are extremely knowledgeable and always help me find creative solutions for my projects. Will in the warehouse is extremely professional and goes out of his way to make sure the order is correct when going into the truck. I highly recommend Dunn lumber. You definitely get what you pay for. The quality and service can’t compare to other big box stores.
Went in not knowing I needed to pull a number (only aware of this process because of just now reading other reviews here). Wasn’t an issue! Walked near the counter where 3 employees were chatting. Told them “I have NO experience and need help building a small deck, I have pics and measurements”. Rodrigo helped my husband and I compare costs, materials, and was patient with all our questions and jokes. The cedar planks we decided on were stunning. The folks here at Dunn’s in Everett, WA are awesome. They are patient and very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us figure out how supplies (3 different times because we changed our minds 🤔) and helped talk out the plans and provided a blue print.
