I called today to try and schedule an appointment as a new patient. My insurance company has a very short list of dentist that they will cover. I explained to the receptionist that their office was the only one with good reviews and she not so nicely said "Well I'm sorry we are not scheduling anyone because we just don't have anywhere to put them!!" I said okkkkk....... in shock. What kind of customer service is that?????
Best dentist experience I’ve ever had. The staff all around was very friendly and knowledgeable. Going here for all my dental needs and recommending them to my family as well!
Dr Dunn is the absolute best! As is his office staff and technicians. After trying 6 different dentists, Dr Dunn was the only one, I would take my children too. He allowed me to stay in the room with my children and had compassion and concern for their needs while treating them with respect. That was 19 years ago. I have moved away and tried other dentists since then, but none compared so I finally flew back from Colorado to see Dr Dunn.
