This is by far the nastiest Dunn Brothers I’ve ever been to. The floors are stained, equipment looks broken, and the place feels filthy overall. Employees were on their phones and vaping behind the counter, which is completely unacceptable in a food establishment. The coffee was terrible and customer service was just as bad. I honestly don’t understand how this location is still open. It looks like it needs an immediate health inspection. I wish I could rate zero stars.
I order two of the specialty nitro nirvanas. Unfortunately this location makes them different. The nitro was mixed with the cream. The cream is supposed to be whipped and at the top. It's way creamier than cold foam. Made right, and it's amazing and I haven't had anything like it before! I wanted to show a friend this new item, but it was very frustrating to pay $14 and have them get made incorrectly. I wouldn't order them if this is what it was; it's not that good. Cant say enough positive things about this place! Coffee is always delicious and consistent, bakery items are sooo good, and staff is attentive and kind. I also love the selection of handmade items for sale at very reasonable prices (a steal for the quality of work to be honest). Highly recommend.
The food and coffee were really good. The staff were not the friendliest.
