I stop in every couple weeks to kill time between dropping off my 5 year old at school, and my MOMS Group starting. Always have amazing service, and feel welcome and at ease!! Staff is great, coffee is fresh and hot, and the kids books are perfect. :)

This is my favorite coffee shop, and that says a lot because I used to work at Caribou! The atmosphere is good, the drinks are always excellent and I love the employees! They are always so friendly! Best coffee shop, hands down.
I love this Dunn Bros, and stop here at least a couple of times a week. The staff are so friendly and pleasant. Today, I went through the drive through to get my beverage and also asked for a large cup of ice water. Got to the pay window and discovered I was being charged .75 cents for the water. Now, I get that if someone pulls up and asks for a water without buying anything, they should be charged. But as a paying customer, I was a tad bitter. Maybe rethink charging loyal customers for a glass of water.

Hi Lisa! We appreciate your feedback and loyalty. We apologize for causing you any bitterness. We charge for the plastic cups we serve the water in but we fill people's own containers free of charge! We also have bottles of water for under $2!
