Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
