The doctor is good but the receptionist is so rude and impatient. Given her role, she needs to have patience dealing with patients. No need to give extremely irritated replies in loud tone like “yours is a walk in and you should know that” even to basic questions like “do i have patients ahead of me” Also their washroom was out of service 3 stars is only for the nice Doc
Dr. Christine Umaedi is great - super cooperative and attentive.
Office is clean and new doctor seems good. BUT, please consider separating regular booked appointments from walk-ins. I have scheduled my 15 minute appointments well in advance only to consistently wait an hour to see the doctor each time because you are accepting walk-ins at the same time. Even when no one is in the waiting room we still wait an hour for a 15 minute appointment. My time is also valuable. Kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I’ve gone myself as well as taken my children here when we’ve needed care suddenly and quickly and absolutely recommend them.
