We showed up 30 minutes before closing time and were rushed out after looking for 10 minutes. They closed the gates 20 minuets before closing time. I wouldn't recommend making a potential customer feel like they aren't welcome to look around.
Above and beyond! We received top dollar on our trade. Salesperson wasn't pushy. Customer service was wonderful. They did an inspection on the item we purchased. They cleaned it up. They showed us how everything worked. We purchased a different handle so our daughter could get in and out easier and there wasn't a labor charge. Highly recommend!
We traded in our 28 foot Puma today and purchased a 38 foot Autumn Ridge Star Craft with a front kitchen. This staff went out of their way to make everything easy and pleasant for us. This is our 4th travel trailer and this was the best dealership that we have delt with. Thank you to Theresa for being a great sales woman and Mike for walking us through the new trailer and showing us everything.
