Wow. They said they were over capacity and couldn't take my case! This was AFTER they inquired why I needed legal services. Also they stated that the initial email provided limited information. OK, if you needed more information, why not just call or email?! This was highly unprofessional, rude, and a waste of my time! Your email that declined me service sounded like a big fat lie!
