Friendly The staff is very friendly. We don't have to wait for our appointment and it took less time than they estimated. Good experience!

As a new customer, I called in for an appointment and received one for the next day. When I arrived for the appointment, I was immediately brought back to the dental chair with no waiting in the waiting room at all. The dental technician was friendly, efficient, and professional.
I have never really found a dentist that I have been completely comfortable with. Dr. O'Shea and the staff at Gentle Family Dentistry are great to work with. Even though I am sure they have many patients, they all make you feel like you are the only patient at that moment. They work very hard to make sure you as comfortable as possible at all times. I have been from my first appointment, to include today's visit very pleased and satisfied with my services received. Thanks for treating me like I am your only patient.
