Avoid Dunkin’ Express at Terminal 1, Gates A (Harry Reid Airport). I usually love Dunkin’, but this location is absolutely terrible. The employee, Nisha, was rude and clearly unhappy to be helping customers. I asked for a simple extra small cup and was refused. I also asked for a creamer to go and was told they “don’t allow” that — which makes no sense for an airport coffee shop. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. 2026 prices went up to 10 dollars for a large Latte! The milk is steamed so long and hot you get mostly all foam. Your warned!
The cashier was quick, and I got my drink almost immediately.
