The past few visits to this DD have been TERRIBLE!! Customer service has been awful. Employees are just extremely rude! Bacon on sandwiches is always black and they rarely have bagels. And if you call for a manager, you'll NEVER be able to talk to one. I don't think I'll be going back to Burnham DD.
