Thomas is the best employee ever! Always greets me with a smile and very helpful. Service never disappoints.
This dunkin has the worst service, I ordered an ice matcha latte with almond milk since I am lactose intolerant, when I returned to the restaurant and talked to the person, she instantly get a bad attitude saying that I didnt order with almond milk because she received my order, my sister said that yes we order almond milk, and this person just started arguing that of course she will support me but whatever she will change it. I asked to talk to the manager, apparently manager is only in the mornings. I will never come back ... read more
