The atmosphere is cozy and clean, with a perfect balance of warmth and modern style. The coffee selection is fantastic.
Worst Dunkin experience ever! The little feminine boy at the drive thru had a terrible attitude after making our drinks wrong. He swatted us away with his limp wrist and said ok bye we’re closed now.
This location is the closest to my house, so I’ve given it multiple chances over the past several months. Unfortunately, the service continues to be inconsistent and frustrating. When this location first opened, I experienced several order mistakes - missing whipped cream on drinks that clearly include it, forgotten caramel on items that require it, etc. I initially chalked this up to being a new location with staff still learning the ropes. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DOESNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH OR SPANISH AND THEY SPEAK SPANISH??!! Never gets the order right I have gone 4 times and every time it’s the same thing they don’t know what there doing it’s a 30 minute wait for a Iced coffee and 2 Bacons
Very bad customer service. The lady made a mistake in the order, but was not ready to accept. Also, did not get every item on our order and she acted suspicious and started counting the food that we ordered for our kids to realize the mistake and still was unapologetic!
