I've been going to this Dunkin's location since it opened and I love the staff and atmosphere of the building. Every morning when I go, the staff is super friendly and puts a smile on my face. Even on the busy days, you can tell the staff goes an extra smile.
Absolutely love my Duncan store! Know me by name and by face makes me feel special. Noah makes sure to go out of his way with a friendly smile and a greeting every time!!
I typically come here every other day but I recently noticed the attitude of the staff and quality of the foods have went down. The donuts were hard as a rock and my sandwich was cold… to top it off I ordered a iced matcha and there was something black floating at the top which look like a fruit fly or some kind of bug (that wasn’t the first time that has happened either). I’ve been to this location a few times now and it’s always terrible. The workers are always on their phones or just outright rude. The location itself always has trash inside or outside almost always. The food itself is average but I have seen on multiple occasions workers not using gloves to prepare food along with people scratching their hair over the food!!! Overall not the best place and it definitely needs work
Please don’t come here. Last time I ordered a drink, there was hair in it. I didn’t even notice until I had already finished it and started eating the ice—completely disgusting. I reached out to Dunkin’ about it, and I believe the manager name was Angie Brown did reach out to me, but nothing was resolved. My message was completely ignored, and I was left on read with no follow up or resolution. Really disappointed with both the experience and the lack of customer service.
