These folks are always on top of their game and I enjoy coming in to get my orders. Great food and drinks. When they didn't have something for my order they made sure I was taken care of.
Like every Dunkin in the OKC metro...they're slow.
Went to Dunkin like I do on any other adternoon for donuts for co-workers and the donuts were hard, dry amd crunchy. The donuts holes for my reward give aways were so dry that they weren't eaten and this is not normal. So disappointed and after spending $32 i asked for a refund or exchange and was told they don't offer either.
I ordered a small coffee, had to sit and wait, and wait to get it. Other customers came in and received there orders after me. I finally went to the cashier and asked for my coffee, he claimed my coffee was lost somewhere along the way. They weren't that busy, and not short on staff, they just act as if they don't care about their customers.
Coffee of tap?! Heck ya...
