I usually leave reviews however, every. Single. Time. I order a breakfast sandwich it is burnt black. If they see it’s burnt, why do they serve it? I love the service and the employees are kind, but I’m tired of paying for food I can’t eat because it’s so burnt and over cooked it’s to hard to eat.
I was greeted with a smile from the female employee. The service and beverages were awesome. My wife loved the fact they put the strawberry cream cheese on her toasted multi-grain toasted bagel. We will definitely be coming back soon!
Will never go back to this location, on more then one occasion they messed up my order or don't make it the coffee right. Which is sad cuz I stop at dunkin everyday and it is closer to my house. I would rather drive across town to know my order will be right and my coffee is on point! I ordered an iced coffee simple order it taste like water down burnt coffee not drinkable ordered glazed munchkins got chocolate ones. Not sure how you can mess that up
2/27/25 update: Yesterday’s Croissant Egg & Sausage Sandwich in the $6 deal was burnt to a crisp and the hash browns were cold & soggy. Today’s Maple Bacon Croissant sandwich was not burnt, but only because I requested not toasted. This meant the sandwich was lukewarm. And, why oh why, do I have to ask for napkins EVERY SINGLE TIME?
