Tried to order on the app twice in the past two weeks. The app shows they are out of a lot of milks, drinks, items in general. Went in person the same day and they had everything. Please fix the app.
My mom and I walked in and were not greeted at all. After standing at the counter for 2 minutes watching employees looking me in my eyes and not speaking or asking my mom if we need help. I had to use the kiosk to oder our drinks but I can remove or add what I want in my drink on it. So my drink was made wrong. I was force to use my cars when I wanted to pay cash. No one said a work to me and 3 employees were there. I had to ask a question to even be acknowledged. I will not be going back to this store or dunkin' again.
I only ever get coffee from Dunkin but it is absolutely delightful!
Great place, the staff was lovely. I will definitely return.
