Employee at the cashier is very rude to the customers, has a nasty attitude. I ordered for pickup and the employee who’s in charged to do the orders are very slow. they need more faster employees and with good attitude
I just came in to order my ice latte and i said whipped cream and she charges me for double extra shot and caramel which was fine bc i wanted whipped cream and the lady there wants to come and CHARGE ME EXTRA once again for my whipped cream and im like wth then what was all the extra stuff for and she wants to come and say “idk” told her to call her manager and the manager is sooo usless bc he said the registers come automatically to charge extra like what… i thought it would be a good place to get coffee since its under the... read more
They made me the wrong drink. I asked the girl to please make me the right drink and she said that she had already made a drink for me. I asked for refund and she refused to give me a refund stating the same thing that she already made a drink for me. There was a lot of back and forth and i was so tired from work so i got fed up, took the drink and left. It tasted so bad i really wanted to have what i had asked for.
They are not attentive. They are just talking to each other.
Right know I just came to the dunkin dounts the rude employer I told him 2 chamomile teas he serves us black tea and saying iam a liar that I never said chamomile tea and didn't want to changed it iam allergic to black tea and at the last he changes it what a rude employer bad service !!!!
