Let’s start off with the lobby full of homeless people and the workers do nothing to remove them! Second if your drink is made wrong they will not fix it at all!!! I had to buy my drink twice but it was made wrong! Will not to returning DD you just lost a loyal customer going back to Starbucks!
The workers are awful
Very slow service at night into morning. Only 1 guy working doing everything
