To the Dunken’ Donuts drive thru barista this morning, 9:20 am 11/28/2018, that laughed at me and scoffed because I didn’t know all frozen coffees come with a “flavor swirl”- i hope you have a blessed life cuz god knows I won’t be at Dunken if you’re working there.
Great service
I go to this Dunkin donuts at least 2 to 3 times a week and it is extremely inconsistent. I get the same iced caramel coffee every time and it always tastes different. If you're in a hurry I would not reccomend coming here either. Sometimes to avoid the long drive thru wait I go inside and several times It has taken up to 5 minutes to get service since everyone seems to be focusing on the drive thru business. I always order a “hot coffee.” Most of the time it’s lukewarm or even cold when they hand it to me. I should be getting a buy 4 cold coffees and get the 5th one free discount. This happens almost every time and usually when I go through the drive thru making it difficult for me to ask for them to warm it up.
Need to bring Mikey back. Place isn’t the same without him.
Stoped by at 9:45 to get a late night treat, the sign on the door said you were open til 10... but they'd already locked the door. Not cool, Dunkin'. Not cool. Don't worry, I won't be back.
