Just stopped in to pick up donuts with my wife and kids. Waiting in line and another customer yells back to an employee and said what are you doing. The employee named Paul yelled back for the whole store to hear, " I'm back here maturbating" All 10 employees sat around and laughed. We complained because our 11 year old daughters were there. No one said anything. Not even an apology. Paul is certainly employee of the month material.
Yesterday morning my girlfriends and I stopped at your store on our way out of town. We mentioned it was my friends birthday and the whole store and staff proceeded to sing and cheer for her! I just wanted to let you how amazing the staff is and that we were blown away by your service and will definitely stop again!
