Easy 20 minute wait when there are 3 cars in front of you. Go somewhere else.
Recommendedslow need a better solution to take out/drive thru. maybe take a page from Walmart and do curbside pickup. plus backed up lines going into traffic may cause a problem in some towns.
Poor service and badly made coffee each time we've been there. Yes went back to try again, no better.
slow... one person in front of us and we stood for awhile before she got served. she got 1 coffee, they handed it to her without the lid all the way on. then we stood there almost 5 minutes before she came back and took our order. the gentleman at the other end called our number and said "2 maple whatever the hell they are" and throw the bag on the counter. and the 2 coffees we ordered were horrible.
I love dd. But, we were in Gorham nh for an atv festival and it took 45 minutes for me to get my order that wasn't right either. There was about 6 people in front of me. .. place needs a good manager.
Employees are polite and they nailed my coffee! Thank guys �
We stop at this DD yearly and I was disappointed the last two. Cold coffee etc. This year kudos to whoever made the change. Coffee and sandwiches hot and tasty. Thanks.
This must be the only Dunkin that won't give you a styrofoam cup to keep you ice coffee cold! Every other one I have been to never says "can't do it! It's an inventory thing" what ever happened to a customer thing! Put a button on your POS and charge for it!!' Then it is not an inventory thing. Inventory should never go before the guests.
Slowest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too, and who cannot seem to find my Credit Card, even though they were the last place I used it on 60 minutes ago. Rude employees who are not willing to help, and unable to find a manager for me to speak too. Less than impressed is an understatement.
