The coffee was messed up hot chocolate was cold and the donuts were crushed tried calling got no answer called corporate was put on hold emailed and got no response messaged on Facebook and messages won’t go through
Some of the help has the worst customer device that there could ever be.....god forbid you say good morning. An could you get any slower....don't plan on being on time for work waiting all day for simple coffee.
Berlin DUNKINS was alright the worker's were ok. After 10pm with kathy Morris was working the time & service was alot better nicer & so much quicker like it always is with Kathy.
I ordered my drink, large iced vanilla chai. They gave me their version of it, not telling me that they are not "allowed" to make those that way. How hard is it to add ice to the drink. But to not tell me that up front and charge me $4 plus dollars for something that wasn't what I even asked for is wrong.
I am one of the regulars we got rhe best workers abd the coffee is always fresh
Best one I love there is Maggy she's a hot shit and a very polite person
Not bad service; the lady working the counter was extremely nice and I got a fresh cup of Joe too.
The employees are very rude and need to change. Other than that it's a great place to hang out with some friends or just to be alone
