Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Then when I got to the window I asked if I could add something for my one year old quick to my order. The young man at the window was very polite and told the lady in the back. I could hear the lady clear as day saying “nope, they can’t do that. They need to go wait in line again.” and on and on she went. A simple, “I’m sorry, we aren’t able to.” Would have sufficed. I left a d went right into Granny’s Donuts, which is where my business will go for now on.
If you ever get the chance to visit this Dunkin Donuts location - don't do it.
This place has the worst service - always new people and drama seeming to go on in the back. Our order is always wrong. Not sure how hard an order of a large black tea with cream and sugar can be...
Despite being low on stock....service was great, especially the toasted coconut.
I think this is a very comfortable place to enjoy a hot cup of coffee, the staff is very friendly, the service is good, I would hesitate to give them five stars.
