Staff was friendly and helped us out for our first time self washing. We took my daughters dog there after we went to the dog beach. Romeo had never been to a self serve dog wash before and the atmosphere was comfortable for him. � It is unlimited time for $14, that includes washing, towels, they gave us multiple choices of shampoo, conditioner, blueberry face wash and ear wash there. They don't even deserve one star. Took my dog in just to get her nails clipped. First of all, they cut not just one but multiple nails way too short to where she was bleeding. Second, the rest of her nails were all uneven. One of them didn't even look like it was cut. I felt so bad for putting her through that. They did such a horrible job I'll never go back to this place for anything. I was expecting a great job considering the 5 star review. Just awful.
Absolutely loved it here! The do it yourself is awesome! Makes life of a husky mum easy. No fussing to get her in/out of the tub or no rolling in the dirt & grass after bathing her in the backyard w/cold hose water.
