This is the Second time in one week I've been disappointed and felt cheated by Dunkin Donuts both stores downtown! Don't worry I will leave a review for East Wisconsin as well! I asked for a Oat milk Carmel Latte ( on the menu) skinny, was told I would be given vanilla instead?
