Unfortunately they’ve given me the wrong order 3 times in a row.
The worker showed up late to open the store and was so rude just giving a stare and asking the customer what I needed instead of herself asking! On top of that, I was told my food could not be made only coffee. Horrible customer service and very irresponsible!
All of the ladies working here are rude. Yall need to hire better people who want to work
I placed an order on the mobile and my daughter went to pick it up. Whe she got there the staff was rude, asking repeatedly for the name and if she was at right location. So annoying 😑 and rude service.
Asked for 2 cream 4 caramel She asked you wanted 4 cream and what else proceeds to give 4 cream and passes it to me I said no I need 2 cream only hands me back the same drink One thing is don't mess up someone's morning coffee
