Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru nobody came out to say anything.
I’m new to the area and have never been much of a Dunkin girl. I went today before work to order a latte and had a lot of questions. The girl taking my order was super sweet and very helpful. And the people at the people at the window were amazing as well!!
Yeah would never come back to this dunkin. Rather drive up the road to a different one. I asked for no ICE and they lied saying they cant do no ice. Which is bull because all the other dunkins I go to, they give me no ice. So I asked if she can give me as less ice as possible. They still filled my cup 80% ice so they obviously dont give a crap. Spend the extra gas and go to a different one until they get better employees.

I went to this place yesterday, very bad management, waited 15 minutes in the lobby to get my orders, And the Manager amber was Rude , and they always out of something, Bagel, Croissant, everytime ..I won't get back to this place anymore
