The drink is ultimately fine but they have forgotten the caramel two times in a row. Otherwise a good dunkin, the store is clean and the employees are kind.
Selection of donuts was very sparse.
I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but today was the last straw. Every morning, the drive-thru is a minimum of a 15-minute wait—meanwhile, other Dunkin’ locations get you in and out in 5 minutes tops. Today? 24 minutes in line, only to receive the wrong damn doughnut. I go inside to get the right one, and what do they hand me? Terrible customer service I don’t know her name but the lady with neck tattoos put in my order very wrong and didn’t repeat the order and should not be working with customers
The lady taking orders up front with tats and super long eyelashes completely did not listen to when I placed an order terrible customer service i specifically said 5 orders of hashbrowns and a egg and sausage bagel with no cheese and we got our food and got home and got only one order of hashbrowns and no egg on my sandwich with cheese and sausage so I had to make my own egg I work customer service so I know to listen when customers request something
