I was invited by the Cook, Alex a couple weeks ago but went there yesterday & he was replaced a by some rude lightskinned girl. Ew, she can’t to save her life. I hate this Dunkin
When I ordering an ice tea it tastes like coffee, when making ice tea there are 2 brew baskets black one is for coffee and the light color basket is for tea. It’s really not the hard. So I pour the ice tea down the drain.
They have forgotten how to make a good cup of coffee
Looks like most customers feel a similar way….. Hey Dunkin! When a customer places a mobile order isn’t it supposed to be fast and convenient? I can’t say waiting 15 minutes for 1 sandwich is convenient. Would you? Very little customer service to see why I was waiting 15 minutes to get 1 sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. Looked like 1 person making food orders and 4 people wandering, but I’m not an employee - so what do I know? Maybe if I sat in the drive thru better customer service? I was just told that I can't have sprinkled cinnamon on top of my coffee unless I pay them 75 cents, even though there app doesn't give me the option to choose cinnamon. I guess I will start making my own coffee.
