Some Dunkin’s it’s the luck of the draw so I tried this one this morning. 2 bagels with cream cheese and a cold brew. They did not give me a cold brew and the bagels were very very small. Didn’t even bother to tell them because it looked as if I was a bother.
I’m honestly shocked at how a place called Dunkin’ Donuts almost never has DONUTS. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s every single visit. It’s completely unacceptable and makes no sense for a donut shop to constantly be out of their main product. Management clearly needs to get it together with inventory and staffing because customers shouldn’t be left disappointed every time. This location has become a total letdown.
Horrible service and then get upset about getting orders wrong is a mistake but a second time is not. By the way no sugar in the coffee either The guy at the drive thru said pull up to the stop sign so he can get the next person so we did .then this chic comes out hollering at us saying we threw the debit card at the drive thru worker and drove away she turned still running her mouth and walked away ..how tough of her. And if i wasent going in for surgery id walk in to speack to magmt and run footage to see if we were rude.M... read more
