I’ve never had the simplest order get messed up so many times and have the most strange interactions in a drive thru at any other Dunkins except this one. I get in line and say “medium hot French vanilla cream no sugar”, they repeat gibberish back to me. I slow down and repeat my order again “medium hot French vanilla cream no sugar”. They repeat back “with milk?” So I say again “medium hot French vanilla cream no sugar”. They responded the amount I owe. I pull up to pay at the next window. I ordered two coffees one black and one with three sugars and light unfortunately I should have checked my coffee before I went out because no cream was ever added
