The drive thru has an AI ask if you have a mobile order and when you say yes or no, either way, they have an employee ask what you need. Wait forever for the car ahead of you, every single time. Do not go here if you're in a hurry at all. Get to the window to be told the drink you already ordered on the app is no longer available and to choose a different flavor. Tried one more time..... Terrible place. Terrible people. Someone needs a shower. Not a single person can take an order. Not a single person can read a ticket. And I guess they cant give you a receipt because they cant print more then one. They also cant remember a single thing to save their lives (reasons why u cant have your receipt) just trashy people all together. The dunkin on the far east side has better stars then you. The team moved at a snail's pace! You can literally see them working in slow motion. It appears that mobile orders from DoorDash and drive-through customers take precedence. We ended up receiving a drive-through order while we were in the lobby. It was the incorrect order, and I didn't even bother to ask about the single donut I had ordered for my little girl. the last 4 times i’ve been they’ve made my drink incorrectly, i literally put 2 things in my iced coffee and they mess up every single time. not to mention they raised the price for almost every menu item, changed the 6 dollar meal deal and again increased the price on the separate items, and NOW THEY MAKE THEIR EMPLOYEES BEG FOR TIPS THAT THEY DONT GIVE THEM. dunkin used to be the alternative to starbucks but it’s fr the same thing now. overpriced, unethical, and just not that great :/ also the eggs are plastic. no shade to... read more
