Went through the drive through and got a Monkey Business with Protein milk (I'm lactose intolerant and it's lactose free.) and when I pull up to the window they forget my order and ask me again and I say again "Med monkey business with Protein milk" I ended up Drinking most of it and then having.... Issues..... Before checking the label and... Wouldn't ya know, not protein milk. I should have double checked I guess but I stated clearly, twice, Protein milk. A little slower than the typical Dunkin but donuts were good and breakfast sandwiches looked like the pictures on the menu not like they were stepped on. Very good seasoned hash rounds!
I’m honestly flabbergasted. I go here every single morning and lately the coffee has consistently been lukewarm. Today I finally decided to say something and politely asked for a hotter cup, especially considering I’m paying $3.76 every day. Instead of addressing it, the owner immediately became dismissive and said they serve coffee every day and never get complaints. Drinks dont taste like they do at other DDs in three area. Didnt seem to care about ingredient ratios or about moving quickly. No one else was there.
They will ignore you. They talk loud to you or from a far, that's odd! The tables are always dirty until I show up, they start cleaning them. I think we are in World war Z mode. No one is focused anymore.
