KNOXVILL IL location SUCKS!! If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would!! HORRIBLE customer service. They are falsely advising items THEN changing the prince at the window!! They refuse to honor pricing THEY have listed on THEIR drive thru signs!! The cashier did not care at all that THEIR sign was wrong, he flat out said NO I WILL NOT GIVE YOU THAT PRICE!! I even took a picture of the sign and showed him after he ARGUED with me saying I was wrong the price was 5.99 when the sign CLEARLY showed 4.99. The old bait ... read more
Came to the drive-thru they didn't even answer just let me sit there until I said something a few times . Then laughed at me because I did not want to get out and get food from inside. I don't like the way it feels it was very obnoxious rude . I won't be coming back to this dunkin' donuts I guess that's why East Peoria does better doesn't it....
