Had a terrible experience here. The person operating the drive thru speaker was absolutely unintelligible and when I politely asked her to repeat herself she seemed annoyed by my request. The worst part is they got my order wrong with something I cannot eat. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich (I don't eat pork) and when I got home to open my order I was disheartened to see what I was given. You guys just lost a loyal customer.
Everytime i come to this particular dunkin they never make my caramel creme frozen coffee right and when trying to communicate with the workers they are very rude and dont even bother to listen then try and argue with me and tell me how to order my drink i never have any issues anywhere else but this one dunkin i wont be ordering from here again and btw you still didnt make my drink right.
Dunkin has always been my family and I go to place for a quick breakfast. Typically our experience is great until today. As we were waiting in the drive thru line for about 30 mins, we finally pull up to the window and I see one of the employees with a vape in his hand with GLOVES ON! He goes around back then comes back around with the SAME gloves on that he had his vape in.
