1 Star Review – Terrible Customer Service Very disappointed with the staff at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The manager was completely unhelpful and rude. When they made a mistake with my order, instead of assisting politely, she started yelling at me in front of others. I asked for the mix munchkins, and she lied saying they didn’t have any other kind — even though I could see them behind the counter.
