This Dunkin’ needs serious improvement in staff professionalism and customer service. I came in for a hot coffee, and they handed me an iced one instead. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee refused and insisted I take the iced coffee because it was “already made.” Rather than acknowledging the mistake and fixing it, she became defensive. Donuts at this location are stale. Not edible. Wondering if they just kept their stock from yesterday and beyond. Too far for me to take it back to them to complain. Be warned about the stale donuts. I bought three different kinds and they are all stale. Very saddened as I looked forward to a soft squishy donut
They ALWAYS get the orders wrong and they are super slow. It took them 10 minutes to make one iced coffee and the customer service is disgusting and unprofessional
