Service is ridiculously slow, store is always filthy, and panhandlers frequently harass customers outside the door. Had to wait 15 mins for just a plain croissant. Nahida took my order but completely forgot about it, even though there were only 2 other people besides me in the store, and those 2 were already being helped by someone else. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Dunkin’. This happened on Wednesday, July 8, around 9:40 PM, with about 20 minutes left before closing. The two employees working that night—an older woman wearing a hijab and a younger woman with glasses and visible tattoos—made us feel unwelcome the moment we walked in.
