This morning I made my order online. I went to pickup my order only to find that someone had taken my $6 breakfast meal! I spoke to Julie the manager and she immediately apologized and remade my breakfast. She was amazing and so kind. Thank you for your fantastic customer service! Will be back tomorrow, hopefully no one takes my order. But seriously, there should be some sort of system for pick ups because anyone can just walk in and take what does not belong to them.

The sandwich maker person is horrible. She had so much attitude and she didn’t even change the paper . She make everything in one single paper . This was so bad .
My favorite dunkin donuts in the area, by far. I literally come here just to get my coffee and see the employees, they engage with their customers and clearly value customer service. I'd say it's worth every penny.
