Rithi (I hope I’m spelling that right!) and Julia are truly the best! They always greet me by my name and even have my coffee ready before I can order. This morning I made my order online. I went to pickup my order only to find that someone had taken my $6 breakfast meal! I spoke to Julie the manager and she immediately apologized and remade my breakfast. She was amazing and so kind. Thank you for your fantastic customer service! Will be back tomorrow, hopefully no one takes my order. But seriously, there should be some sort of system for pick ups because anyone can just walk in and take what does not belong to them.
I love it!!! Everytime I come here I never have any issues.
