I ordered six donuts without sprinkles on Saturday at approximately 9:30 AM September 19,2026 At the drive-through window I handed over my credit card and opened the box to double-check my order. The strawberry-frosted donut had sprinkles even though I specifically requested no sprinkles. When I pointed this out to the cashier he told me that it only comes with sprinkles. This Dunkin is HORRIBLE. They never have what's ordered and when they do, they mess the order up. We've tried giving them multiple chances but the absolute final straw was when we placed an order and we went in to see them drinking and eating behind the counter only for them to tell us they have nothing except for water and when we asked them to refund the order they said to do it through the app and made us leave. Terrible management. Every single time I go here they are out of at least 1 thing that I ordered. No exceptions. Every. Single. Time. I have no idea why the person in charge of ordering for this store is still employed.
I went through the drive through here and the gentleman running the window gave my coffee to the person in front of me by mistake. They quickly realized the mistake, returned the coffee, got their correct order and I pulled up. I joked with the gentleman, “what are you giving my coffee to someone else?” I was just trying to get a laugh as it was really not a big deal.
