I went through the drive through here and the gentleman running the window gave my coffee to the person in front of me by mistake. They quickly realized the mistake, returned the coffee, got their correct order and I pulled up. I joked with the gentleman, “what are you giving my coffee to someone else?” I was just trying to get a laugh as it was really not a big deal. Terrible management. Every single time I go here they are out of at least 1 thing that I ordered. No exceptions.
Preparing order is extremely slow. Order never ready when I arrive
EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been to this Dunkin, they ALWAYS mess up my order. Like literally without a fail they always mess up. I don't hear very often as this is the worst dunkin, but cmon, this is their job and they're always messing up. Whether it's the wrong drink or them forgetting my add ins, it's always a mistake. This will be my last visit after they just handed me the wrong drink AGAIN!!!
