probably the worst drive thru to go to. Waiting 20+ minutes for a coffee.
I think they are constantly training in this location or something because my order is wrong more often than not (and I use the app so the order is written out for them). However, today when I went inside for my incorrect mobile drive-thru order, the manager was incredibly rude. I was surprised by it because I was being super nice since they were clearly training someone new. Neither of them had any customer service skills so maybe Dunkin should start training with that!
This is my regular Dunkin and love it here. The workers are great and always make our drinks the best. When Im out of the area, I’m always disappointed when I have to go to another Dunkin. Not the same
They will literally let you stand there for 5 minutes before even addressing you. Today I said hello and the girl just looked at me and said nothing to me. She was taking an order but a simple head nod would have sufficed... this happens every single time. Edited to add this branch is still a problem... needs a customer service training for sure. It is weird to ignore customers when they come in.
