They will literallu let you stand there for 5 minutes before even addressing you. Today I said hello and the girl just looked at me and said nothing to me. She was taking an order but a simple head nod would have sufficed... this happens every single time.
Nothing like sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and not have your order taken
Just went to pick up my mobile order i ordered iced cloud latte with cold foam but it didn't have the cold foam on it I said excuse me im missing the cold foam the the guy huffed an puffed said no I didn't when it clearly said cold foam on the sticker when he gave it back it had little cold foam on it an said here you go with a aditude...if nothing gets done I will go to corporate this guy is nothing but a problem always a problem with him
Coffee!
Ordered iced coffee light no Ice. Maybe communication is different in CT. Came very dark and full of ice. The manager then scooped the ice out by hand and alot of the coffee and at this point refused to fill the coffee after they got the initial oreder wrong.
