I'm at this Dunkin religiously and they've never screwed up my order - must admit the service is slow at times but that is what patience is for!
I would agree. It is a drive thru also. I can park, walk in go behind the counter make and mix my own coffee before they can produce a drive thru order...
They're slower than snails but I don't think they've ever gotten my order wrong
Didn't get my order right & didn't close the cover on my ice coffee I end up wearing it spilled my clothes
