I don’t know where to start I normally go there and never have any problems. Today was different I went there they was nobody at the front so I used the Kiosk to order my food and coffee put it everything I wanted and got no cream in my coffee, asked for them to put it in there the lady that took it snatched my coffee put cream in it and brought it back to me with cream all over the cup. Awesome staff and amazing products, sales and service
Worst customer service by their manager Robyn. Literally acted like she was annoyed I ordered donuts from, ready for it? A donut shop!! Never will be back!
Loved the drink per usual but my croissant was missing its top bun and they threw my donut in the bag upside down causing all the icing to fall off and get everywhere
