Asked for an iced latte and an iced coffee. Got two iced coffees instead and didn't notice it was wrong until later. I called the store to explain, but the employee was argumentative, saying that I paid for two coffees and that he had repeated the order back to me. I explained that I must have misunderstood him and offered to return the untouched iced coffee, but they wouldn't help. I kept saying I didn’t order it but he said I did, I didn't even drink it and threw it away.
Asked for no ice and they wanted to change me for the no ice . Last time I’ll be going to that location and then they tried to argue with me . The customer is always right. Rude employees
