Hate this location the employees and manager are rude and careless.
i came to this location 8/9/2025 at 7:06am. the morning staff is extremely rude. i asked for a tropical guava refresher with green tea and they gave me a daydream refresher. when i approached them inside the store they were giving me attitude about my order when i literally had told them several times it was a refresher from the drive thru order box to the pick up window. it irks me with the fact that i'm literally telling you i want a REFRESHER and showing them a picture of the order and they're giving me attitude saying i ... read more
My favorite Dunkin!! Order is ALWAYS correct and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming.
The taste of my drinks isnt the problem. The problem is how every time I get my drink its like 90% ice and 10% drink. And then when I say “less ice” they legit dont care and still put so much ice in it. Like im not paying 5+ dollars for a cup of ice.
