I don’t order from here frequently, but it’s been fairly consistent with what I expect. The only I have to gripe about is they NEED an extended awning above the drive thru window. It’s a real problem when I open my window to do the exchange and I end up getting soaked with dripping water coming from the completely inadequate awning at the drive thru. I mentioned it several times and they just smile and nod… I don’t think it’s too much to ask, to not have my door and myself get poured on. That’s it, that’s all.
