Placed an order and received my order extremely overwhelmingly sweet. I ordered a lg hot coffee light and sweet which is normally 4 pumps of creamer and sugar only to receive mine with 8 pumps of creamer and sugar who does that. That is disgustingly sweet. And I ordered a coolata that was so blue it taste like straight syrup. Not enough bagels were made so I was refunded for my 2 sandwiches i order. I tossed my whole order.
Staff not attentive to customers. Allowing younger family members behind the counter during operations.
Could not get help from employees. Employees on there phones and not working was not help or greeted when i walked in all employees need to be retraind and phones taken away when they are on shift qorking
I really do love this Dunkin’ but I was very unsatisfied after drinking coffee grinds first thing in the morning. I never really gave problems but this was truly nasty and distasteful
Too many times when ordering my fav. Snacking bacon ,and hot coffee, extra cream and unsweetened toasted almond. The bacon is severely undercooked and sometimes bringing me iced coffee. Yesterday was the last straw! And when I went back for a refund and after me pointing out there was apology she ( girl with the glasses) still offered no apology. Stating she can go back and cook the bacon. I asked for a refund. Things happen, but her customer service sucks!!
