I placed my order through the drive-thru, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. After placing the order, I had to get out of my car and go inside because no one was assisting at the window. I then had to wait about 6 minutes just to get someone to help me and fix the order. The drive-thru should be convenient and efficient, but this experience was neither. I hope they improve their service and organization because this was frustrating as a customer.
Placed an order and received my order extremely overwhelmingly sweet. I ordered a lg hot coffee light and sweet which is normally 4 pumps of creamer and sugar only to receive mine with 8 pumps of creamer and sugar who does that. That is disgustingly sweet. And I ordered a coolata that was so blue it taste like straight syrup. Not enough bagels were made so I was refunded for my 2 sandwiches i order. I tossed my whole order.
Staff not attentive to customers. Allowing younger family members behind the counter during operations.
